After returning home from an unforgettable Paris vacation, I sought to recreate the delicious, flaky croissants I enjoyed at street-side cafés. Unfortunately, the croissants available at my local grocery stores and coffee shops were poor substitutes.
With extensive practice, I learned how to make batch-after-batch of buttery croissants from my home kitchen. I then created vegan (plant-based and dairy-free) versions of my croissants by popular demand.
Today, we hand-make savory and sweet varieties of vegan croissants from our shop in Parma, OH. I trust our pastries will bring your customers the same joy I felt at those street-side cafés in France.
